Terms of Services

Here are the following terms of a legal agreement between you and IT WAVES. Here, we clearly define the aspects of our business relationship with you.

  • The client is solely responsible for taking a proper back-up of all content on their site prior to letting IT WAVES undertake the required course of action. IT WAVES is not responsible for any loss or damage to existing data.

  • IT WAVES will not take responsibility for data entry, web hosting, or custom artwork unless specifically agreed upon. Any artwork or text designed by IT WAVES remains the property of IT WAVES unless otherwise agreed.

  • While IT WAVES strives to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate extensions. These include deployment issues, dependencies, or communication delays.

  • The client has 7 days to review the work and provide feedback. Failing to respond within this period will result in automatic approval.

Support and 3rd-Party

  • We offer free support for the first month after launch, limited to bug fixes and email support. Further support is chargeable.

  • No guarantees are provided for 3rd-party products or services. Any upgrades to such products may require additional costs.

Re-work, Enhancements/Add-ons, and Billing

  • Any features beyond the original scope will be handled through Change Management and billed additionally.

Limitations of Liability

  • IT WAVES will use reasonable skill and care but makes no guarantees about the performance or availability of the service.
